ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We are happy to accommodate exchanges for a different hat size or style if inventory permits. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you.
Please note that limited releases, special collections, and sold-out products may not be eligible for exchanges once inventory has been depleted.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or major holidays.
Beanie Blanco is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier service interruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently ship all domestic orders through USPS. Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within 24–72 hours. Some orders may require additional verification, which could result in processing delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently offer USPS International shipping. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 7–15 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. To help ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Beanie Blanco is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. If customs fees are refused and the package is returned to us, only the cost of the product will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Beanie Blanco is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer. Returned orders may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.
